We are looking to appoint an individual with a background in administration and a natural flair for customer service to join our Recruitment Team as a Senior Recruitment Assistant. The position is full time, permanent at York Hospital.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will involve providing recruitment advice and support to specified directorates, from the vacancy control process to issuing the successful candidates contract and everything in between (including sending conditional offer letters and completing pre-employment checks).
You will also be expected to advise your directorates on different ways of recruiting, to support candidate attraction. This will entail attending directorate meetings, building relationships with recruiting managers, and being a consistent source of support throughout the recruitment process. There will also be regular opportunities to facilitate interviews and assessment exercises, working directly with candidates.
The successful applicant will have strong administrative skills and be able to pay particular attention to detail, even when working with high volumes of information. Strong ability to organise, prioritise and flex your workload are essential.
Please note the interviews for this post will take place Friday 8th February.
