The graduate rotational scheme in York offers the chance to experience clinical practice in acute/ community and out-patient settings. We have enthusiastic and experienced clinical teams which will support your post graduate development at a pace to suit your needs. The service has a framework of on-going supervision to allow you to develop both clinical and organizational skills.
You will work closely with the team across the hospital to support our Trust Values initiative allowing our patients to benefit from a strong and vibrant multi-disciplinary team approach where patients come first in all we do. As a role model you will influence further developments in Physiotherapy across the hospital acting as a liaison point and contributing to the development of health and wellbeing across the organisation as a whole.
This exciting role will enable you to develop extensive skills in clinical areas, leadership and people management within the NHS environment whilst receiving excellent support for both your personal and professional development. We offer and support both in-house clinical and professional training.
Candidates applying for these positions will also be given the opportunity to express an interest in the Physiotherapy rotational scheme based across our Scarborough sites.
We offer rotations of 6 months duration in a structured manner to ensure you will get an opportunity to experience clinical practice in all key areas of work.
We will accept applications from qualified staff and any students who will graduate and be eligible for HCPC registration within the next 8 months.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
