We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Out of Hospital Care Directorate. This is a fixed term post for 18 months working across our Allied Health professional services and community localities. The post will sit within our Out of Hospital Care project team.

The successful applicant will have experience of service development and project management, managing and delivering change effectively on complex projects. They should be motivated to function independently, using initiative to manage their own workload without close supervision to work to agreed deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to motivate, negotiate and influence on complex and sensitive projects with others at a strategic level. You will also have strong business analyst skills and be able to work with complex data and present it to a variety of audiences.
