Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with an interest in developing your skills in the area of stroke assessment and rehabilitation?

The stroke team at York Hospital are looking for a full time Band 5 Occupational Therapist. The role involves working as part of the multi-disciplinary team based on the wards at York Hospital. This enthusiastic team are committed to helping patients to achieve the best possible rehabilitation outcomes following stroke. The role will allow the successful candidate to develop a broad range of skills in both assessment and rehabilitation, there are opportunities to work alongside experienced clinicians and the whole team are committed to on-going staff training and development. The team delivers services over a flexible pattern of working and have a variety of service improvement projects in progress.

Interested candidates should have a range of post graduate experience and at least some experience in a relevant area.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
