We are looking for a colleague with excellent customer service and team working skills, to join our large and experienced Recruitment Team. The Team is located across two sites: Park House at York Hospital and Woodlands House at Scarborough Hospital.

You will be dealing with customers on a daily basis and will support the Recruitment Team by performing a range of administrative and recruitment tasks:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
  • Answering the generic recruitment telephone lines and dealing with telephone queries
  • Conducting identity checks and supporting generic interviews and Healthcare Assistant information sessions
  • Distributing emails in the recruitment inbox and dealing with ad-hoc emails
  • Printing and scanning recruitment documents
  • Processing DBS applications as part of our Umbrella Body service
  • Using our Trac recruitment system and Electronic Staff Record to record and update vacancy and candidate details

 You will also take a share of covering transactional recruitment work for team colleagues.

The Recruitment Team provide additional recruitment support for some Nursing Workforce vacancies by facilitating Healthcare Assistant Information Sessions and Staff Nurse and Healthcare Assistant interviews. You will play a key role in the smooth running of these events.
