We are currently looking for a Band 5 Audiologist to join our hard working team in the Audiology Department. The opportunity has risen within our well-equipped department that currently provides a comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative service to the population of York and Scarborough as well outlying areas.

These clinical services include providing a full range of digital hearing aids. You will be expected to attend other satellite clinics, so the ability to transport yourself and equipment across the locality during the course of a normal working day is required for this vacancy

Please note that the Audiology Department is part of an Audiology Department that covers North Yorkshire including York Scarborough and Harrogate. Although the post holder will not be required to attend Harrogate.

You will have completed the BSc in Audiology or equivalent. Duties will include provision of a range of audiometric investigations and a comprehensive hearing aid service both to adults and children within the Audiology Department and peripheral clinic
