An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Efficiency Team for a member of staff to play a key role in providing financial analysis on the efficiency agenda. As part of the Corporate Efficiency Team, you will play a key part in helping the Trust to deliver its efficiency target.
The role is a varied one, with a mixture of project work and standard monthly tasks. It would suit a part qualified accountant who is a self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision to deliver excellent customer service, and drive improvements.
The successful candidate will support the Senior Finance Analyst within the Corporate Efficiency Team, to produce timely and accurate information, using a variety of sources and formats, to be used for both internal and external reporting requirements. You need to be confident in analysing large quantities of complex data, and presenting it to a wide variety of users. Experience working within a management accounting environment, and meeting tight deadlines, is also important.
We want a team player who is proactive, resilient and driven to succeed, with a real commitment to work as part of the team and contributing to its success. In return we offer a great opportunity to become part of an organisation where passion and commitment forms part of our vision to provide high quality care to patients and services to our customers.
Applications from job seekers who require Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-EEA candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EU/EEA candidate is available to take up the post as the employing body is unlikely, in these circumstances, to satisfy the resident labour market test. UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requires employers to complete this test to show that no suitably qualified EEA or EU worker can fill the post. For further information please visit the UKVI website. From 6 April 2017, Tier 2 skilled worker applicants, applying for entry clearance into the UK, must present a criminal record certificate from each country they have resided continuously or cumulatively for 12 months or more in the past 10 years. Adult dependants (over 18 years old) will also be subject to this requirement. Guidance can be found here Criminal Records Checks for Overseas Applicants.
