An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and innovative Cleanliness Monitoring Manager to join the FM Compliance & Monitoring Team. Based at York Hospital, you will work alongside key stakeholders from both the Trust and the newly formed LLP. The role involves managing a team of cleanliness monitoring officers across all Trust sites.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of current NHS cleaning specification, auditing methodology and have proven supervisory/management skills and experience. The post holder will work as part of a team to ensure compliance against Trust key performance indicators.

It is essential that the successful candidate is proficient in all Microsoft Applications, can plan and prioritise their own workload, work under own initiative, line manage the monitoring team and have good analytical and communication skills. 

The successful candidate will need to display how they meet the essential criteria set out in the Person Specification.  The ability to transport yourself and equipment across the locality during the course of a normal working day is required for this vacancy.
