An opportunity has arisen for a qualified District Nurse or an experienced Senior Community Nurse to work within the Out of Hospital Care Directorate.
We are looking for someone with excellent clinical, communication skills and evidence of caseload management experience, who is either a qualified District Nurse or a senior Community Nurse wishing to develop their skills further in a team leadership position.
You should be innovative, enthusiastic and highly motivated with the drive to provide high quality evidenced based care and manage a team of varying skill mix.
This is an exciting time for the Out of Hospital Care Directorate with a workforce transformation underway. You will need to provide strong leadership to your team and to support and participate in the development of new ways of working. This will be in addition to embracing working within a multi-disciplinary environment and managing a caseload of patients with complex needs.
The ability to transport yourself and equipment across the locality during the course of a normal working day is required for this vacancy.
