We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our supportive team working with the palliative therapy team in the York areas. The caseload will include supporting a diverse range of patients in the community
You will join a supportive and patient centred team which has a strong commitment to support patients, families and carers. The role will be supported by a Band 7 Advanced Clinical Specialist therapist in palliative care The role will include opportunities for personal development as well as supporting other members of the team. We encourage contribution to in-service training, audit and service improvement initiatives.
The team works over 5 days a week and the post is currently based in South York.
The ability to transport yourself and equipment across the locality during the course of a normal working day is required for this vacancy.
