If so, and you have an interest in working within our Trust’s recruitment service, then we may have the role for you! We are looking for someone exceptional to support the development of the Trust’s recruitment service. As a large multi-site organisation engaged in a range of different recruitment initiatives, you will work in a fast-paced environment which at times can at times be pressured, however the right candidate will find the role varied and rewarding. Based at Scarborough Hospital, you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to support and advise on the Trust's recruitment processes, whilst monitoring campaign timelines, ensuring recruitment and selection is timely and responsive to the needs of the organisation. You will also work closely with the recruitment management team to support in the development and the delivery of campaigns to recruit nursing and senior managerial vacancies within the organisation, of which you will support the administration and co-ordination of assessment centres and interview days. The role will require you to work independently and you will have the autonomy to identify and implement service improvements projects.
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to create and deliver presentations to large diverse groups, as you will be responsible for the delivery of our Healthcare Assistant information sessions and Recruitment and Selection packages. The role will also require you to build relationships with schools and organisations across the York and Scarborough community, and attend careers events to inspire our future workforce. As one of the most senior members within the recruitment team, you will bring a range of experiences, skills and qualities in order to support and drive our Trust’s recruitment needs. You must be committed to the delivery of first class customer service and have excellent standards, have a flexible and collaborative approach with the confidence of being assertive when you are unable to compromise standards without risk. You should also be comfortable reviewing and changing processes to support the efficient delivery of the service.
