During the preceptorship programme you will have regular access to the senior nursing team within the Trust.
We have full and part time positions available across our 8 hospital settings, across a variety of specialties. Please simply specify all your areas of interest in your application form. We guarantee you an interview. From the moment you accept a position with us, we will support you with your recruitment into the Trust:
• Our recruitment team will support you with all the pre-employment checks needed to take up a nursing role with the Trust.
• Your clinical department will invite you to the ward to get to know your new colleagues and they will work with you to ensure that your uniform, ID badges are ready for you to collect prior to commencing in post.
• The nursing workforce team will work with your department to ensure that you are booked onto the preceptorship programme and that all the statutory and mandatory training you need on commencement is booked
• You will be given your roster prior to starting your first shift.
