TRUST GRADE DOCTOR (CT Level – General Surgery)
£36,461 per annum plus enhancements
York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has an ambitious programme of service modernisation and a reputation for providing high quality services. In line with our outlook, we are now inviting applications for the above post based at Scarborough Hospital.
The successful candidate will participate in the surgical lower tier rota in General Surgery and Urology .
The posts are not recognised for training; however successful candidates will be given training and support at an equivalent level to the existing trainees at every opportunity.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and experience in General Surgery. The Trust is committed to providing successful candidates with a tailored rotation to suit their educational needs whilst ensuring that service need is met.
As a Directorate we may be able to assist with visa costs for any Tier 2 applicants who are successful in these posts.
You will be allocated a clinical & educational supervisor to support . Your individual training needs will be identified at the beginning of your post and you will be provided with the relevant support and study leave opportunities as and when appropriate throughout your contract period.
We are able to offer interviews via WEBEX providing there is a good internet connection.
